JINI'S LAMP reinterprets Korean traditional spirits with a modern approach. The distillery sits in Yesan, in apple country, and the fruit does not travel far to get there.

IGIN is what came out of it. Apples distilled into a gin that still tastes like the fruit, then built into tonics anyone can open on a Tuesday.
